I never received an email with my password. What should I do?
If you didn't receive a welcome email with your password after signing up, you might want to check your spam folder. It might help if you add "citizen@nfb.ca" to your address book to make sure email from us is not blocked.
If you still cannot find your welcome email, fill out the password recovery form, and your password will be emailed to you.
