This short video documented a community art project that took place in five North Central Regina schools. Action for Neighbourhood Change is an initiative funded by the Government of Canada and coordinated by United Way of Canada-Centraide in partnership with the Caledon Institute of Social Policy, Tamarack: An Institution for Community Engagement, the National Film Board of Canada, and the United Ways of Halifax, Greater Toronto, Thunder Bay, Regina and the Lower Mainland (Surrey).
