From the autumn 2005 Measuring Security Measures tour
Anice Wong's film Whose Rights Anyway? was screened as part of the Measuring Security Measures tour. In this clip Wong describes her reasons for making the film. When she heard about the case of Mohamed Harkat, an Ottawa man detained on a Security Certificate, she was just a regular citizen with little interest in politics. She began to wonder how such a thing could happen in Canada, and why more people don't know about it. Wong shares her hope that her film will help to promote action and bring about change.
