CitizenShift is seeking creative and inspiring stories that will express the reality of living with metal's by-products and the impacts of mining projects.

Your stories can be created as articles, photos, podcasts or videos*.

We are seeking stories of personal nature: how have mines or metals affected you (or someone you know) and your daily experience? Your works can be in any genre, documentary, fiction, animation, etc.

We are looking for a broad range of personal stories to assure that all voice are heard and that we can have an opened and constructive debate. We want stories from people who live with mines in their backyards as well as from those who have never seen a mine; from individuals who are pro metal exploration and exploitation as well as from those who oppose our current mining practices. All of these stories and dialogues will help us better understand and have an impact on the future.

Speak up miners, activits and metal consumers alike! Make your voices heard!

Citizenshift is giving out limited bursaries to help support these projects.
Ask us about them!

The best media stories will also be awarded.
Awards will be based on originality, impact and clarity of message.

Deadline: April 17th at midnight
