You see, this is what happens with land tenure. If you don`t manage the business as you should, a few years pass already and you end up with your plans ruined and your business objectives unfulfilled. I read so many success stories on land tenants that grew their businesses into suburbs with sold or rented houses, facilities improved over the area, San Diego junk removal services for the people living in the area, parks, parking lots and everything. It`s not easy to raise up such a project, you just need reliable entrepreneurs and service providers.
