Labour hire ban

The labour hire industry need specific laws which are different from the one regulating the traditional employees in an ordinary working relationship.. The labour broking industry is a special or unique business, it not bad but require suitable laws to regulate it. Do not abolish the business like as it was done in Namibia, simply convincce parliamentarians to enact approprite laws so that the interest of all the parties is protected. Exploitation could be minimised through well thought regulations.
Banning is not the solution and it is not realitic. In whose interest is the ban any way? I am from Namibia and will continue repeating this message.
